Shipping policy
Order Processing: Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rate & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, KB Organics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather conditions, service disruptions, or peak shipping periods.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. After your order is placed, we cannot make any changes. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, it will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. A store credit (minus shipping costs) may be issued once the package is received at our facility.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, KB Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you believe your package is missing or stolen, please email us with your order details and tracking information. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. If you believe your package is missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information. If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at care@shopkborganics.com . Please include your full name (as listed on the order), order number, and clear photos of the damaged items. We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
International Shipping: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. KB Organics is not responsible for delays related to customs processing.
