Returned packages/Incorrect address: If a package is returned to us for any reason, including an incorrect or incomplete address, a store credit (minus shipping costs) will be issued once the package is confirmed as received at our facility. We will contact you if your package is returned and provide further assistance.
Issues with order: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at care@shopkborganics.com. Please include your name (as listed on the order), order number, and clear photos documenting the issue. Once received, we will review your request and assist you as efficiently as possible.
Cancellations/Returns/Refunds: Due to the nature of our products and the use of perishable ingredients, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make changes or cancellations, including updates to shipping details. In rare cases, store credit may be allowed.
