Are these products safe for children to use?
Absolutely! Our products are safe for everyone, including children. We always suggest being cautious and doing a small patch test on a small area of skin before full use, just to be extra sure.
I have sensitive skin, can I use these products?
Of course you can! Your sensitive skin is in good hands with our products. Our products are vegan and cruelty-free! We suggest trying a patch test on a small area of your skin first. If you feel that works for you, then go for it! Keep it gentle when you're using our body scrubs! Think of it like giving your skin a sweet treat, just with a gentle touch!
**most of our products contain a very small amount fragrance oils. Although the fragrance oil percentage is less than 1%, please be cautious if you have very sensitive skin.
Do your products contain any preservatives?
Why yes they do! Preservatives are like secret superheroes, battling bacteria, fungi, and yeast. And guess what? They also allow for a longer shelf life for our products!
How long does these products last?
Our products typically lasts anywhere from 6 months to 12 months. Whereas, with the addition of preservatives our products can last up to 24 months.

Shipping & Returns
Do you accept returns?
Because our products contain perishable ingredients, returns and exchanges are not accepted. We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products! While we don't accept returns, we're here to help resolve any issues you may encounter. Please feel free to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to find a solution that works for you.
When can I expect my package to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days to arrive but can vary depending on the shipping handler you choose. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
*please note that signature confirmation is required for all deliveries to ensure your products arrive safely and personally to you.
*please be advised that we are not responsible for any delays with the postal service. Although we will do our best in aiding you, if there are any issues with your package after it’s been shipped out and after you’ve received your tracking information, you must contact the postal service office directly.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with the tracking information for your order. You will receive an order and processing confirmation email as well when your order is placed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! Keep in mind that all international shipping fees, taxes and times vary depending on the country and the weight of the item.
What do I do if I have not received my package?
If your package has been confirmed with the postal service and you have not received your package, please contact us immediately. We will issue a store credit ONLY if the carrier confirms your package was lost or stolen during transit only, not after it’s been delivered.
